TV, music, Internet, social media, movies, etc…are saturating our youth with
messages and a manner of thinking that is contrary to our faith. Entertainment
on all fronts influences our children on what to wear, what is popular, what is
trending, how to date, how to socialize, how to interact with peers, with adults;
in general, how to live in ways that are not reflective of the teachings of our
Lord.

At Faustina, we strive to teach our children purity, modesty, charity, love of
neighbor, and how to form and maintain Christ-centered relationships. As
parents, you are the primary educators, and today’s youth need to be reassured
that it is not just “mom and dad”.

At Faustina, we believe that our academy is not only expected, but obligated to
reinforce these values and traditions you model at home.

Most other schools serve thousands of children with academics. Due to these
schools’ size and number enrolled, by necessity, their academics target the
middle of the scale, i.e., the curriculum is merely maintained at grade level.

However, as an Independent school, we can provide a much more challenging and
faith-centered curriculum; moreover, we are able to research and select our
own text books with the goal of preparing the students for any school they
might choose to attend after Faustina.

Furthermore, the curriculum is deliberately designed to challenge the mind to
think critically, speak effectively, to write proficiently, and, most importantly,
to learn – and live - their faith more fully so that they can achieve what we are
all called to be - Imitators of Christ.

We are the only school to limit social media: NO Instagram, Snapchat and Tik
Tok are allowed for enrolled students. We strongly encourage waiting until 9 th
grade for phones. IT is essential that we form our students to understand their
sole purpose of their existence: to attain eternal salvation.
